What to Expect on Sunday Mornings

Expect to be warmly greeted at the main entrance or the side entrance.  Our greeters will welcome you, help you find where to go, and connect you with other church members.

Expect to see most folks dressed in traditional church attire, although some will be wearing more casual clothes.  You should feel totally comfortable in either.

Expect a variety of ages, singles, young married, families with children of various ages, and more mature families.

Expect our nursery to be ready to serve you, starting at 9:45 a.m.  They will be glad to give you a beeper to take with you for the remainder of the morning.  Our nursery staff and Sunday School teachers are also experienced with helping those who have special needs.

Expect to notice our commitment to God’s Word in all our Sunday School classes and in our expository preaching on Sunday mornings

Expect traditional hymns and psalms, along with the occasional contemporary song.

Expect the children to be invited up front for a Children’s Message. Children 3-K may participate in Extended Learning Time during the worship service.

Expect worship to conclude around 12:10 p.m.  (We begin at 10:55 a.m.)

Expect a time of lingering after the service. Most people exit worship through the front doors and speak to the pastor on their way out.

Expect to be invited to come back on a Wednesday night. Most Wednesday evenings we enjoy a casual dinner and lessons for all ages. This is a good chance to get to know fellow Christians and learn from God’s word.

Expect to find a welcoming family of Reformed believers, growing in Christ, and sharing His joy for God’s glory.
