2017 GARP Fellowship Retreat

Our annual Fellowship Retreat (May 5-7)
is now less than a month away,

The planning committee has been making preparations for what should be another wonderful time of fellowship and discipleship at Bonclarken.

As you make your own preparations, please note the following:

Registration closes Sunday, April 16.  If you haven't yet turned in your registration form, you will want to do that very soon. Please fill out the one appropriate form below.  

Jon McCord (our speaker) asks that we read The Velveteen Rabbit ahead of time, and as we do to look for:

  • The reality that beauty fades here but not ultimately
  • The idea that Love of the Son makes you Real
  • The idea that it is through suffering ("tears" and "sadness") that we become Real
  • The truth that we are on our way to our Real Home, and that when there we will be like ourselves and not like ourselves
