Jimmy Solesbee
Title: Facilities Manager
Jimmy is the man we go to for the “running needs” of the church. Do we need cups for coffee, or do we need to fix a light, or paint a door? What about the Sunday school materials and the sound for the weddings? For these and many other needs, our man Jimmy is there to assist. Jimmy was born in Spartanburg and grew up loving athletics, and playing sports, and held the position of center in football when he was at Byrnes High School. He has carried this athletic ability with him in coaching sports at many events in Greenville. He officiates for some of the area schools and he loves to tell you about his fun times with the games. Jimmy attended the University of South Carolina and when he is not pursuing athletics, or working here at the church, he is working at Holder Electric as the materials manager. Jimmy and his lovely wife, Carol, have been married 25 years and have two sons, Jamison, 20, and Phillips, 18. His sons help him with sporting events and with activities at the church.
